Birth Doula Packages
Support For The Birth You Deserve
At the beginning of your journey, I suggest a meeting to discuss how firstly, your pregnancy is going, and secondly, what you are looking for in a doula. If you believe that we can be a good match to work together, I will then be hands on to support you as you navigate your pregnancy and prepare for your birth. Any queries such as places of birth, for example birthing at home, birth centres, labour wards, theatre, they are all options. We can also touch on your wishes for the future and birth plans such as breathing techniques, different stages of labour, pain relief, breastfeeding and bottle feeding, and what is probably the longest journey - navigating the 4th trimester. If this birth happens to be your second or third or even fourth, we can reflect on your previous experiences and how you are navigating the feelings surrounding preparing for a new addition.

-
I provide 3 sessions that are 1 hour each before the arrival of your baby, as well as options for phone support during birth and postnatally.
Ultimately, these sessions can provide everything that you would receive from me through direct classes and meetings, just through an online platform. I can be there throughout the first, second, third, and fourth trimester to help you advocate for yourself, and to help you prepare.
*All of my clients will receive a complimentary package to use for the birth and postnatal period. Inside this little tote will be all the things you may need, honey (for energy), teas (either raspberry leaf or my special Asian tea to help breastmilk production), a labour comb, warm fuzzy socks, lavender oil, and of course the bag, which can be useful as a hospital bag, or a nappy bag once your little one has arrived.
Additional Services
Antenatal Workshops
Alongside my one to one services, I also hold workshops to give expecting mothers the knowledge and understanding of how to navigate their pregnancy and birth journey via topics such as birth physiology, the stages of labour, birthing positions and movement during birth, interventions during birth, and other topics that may arise. The first half of the workshop is ran by me, and the second half is ran by the members of the workshops following specific questions, queries, or to solely dive deeper into main subjects.
These are also a great way to connect parents to be together and are hosted once a month on a weekend and are held online at the moment, so no matter where you are, you can attend, and the next session will always be announced in enough time to sign up!
